Located in a prime South Granville neighbourhood, this condo had good square footage but was organized into awkward disconnected spaces and suffered from poor lighting. We reordered the layout, removing walls around the kitchen to create an open concept space with good flo. The West Coast palette features pale white oak & charcoal gray millwork, “marble” quartz counters, white oak flooring and natural-stone inspired tile.
The two bathrooms were completely rebuilt and feature floating white oak vanities, black fixtures and floor to ceiling tile. The ensuite has an air-bath tub under a picture window overlooking a park, a separate shower with integrated niches and a recessed rain-shower head.
