The goal of this project was to create updated lobby and common area hallways that would enhance the experience of residents and guests, and reflect the architectural & regional context of the building while increasing property values.
Many owners have renovated their condos but the building's lobby and hallways were decidedly 80’s grandma. Taking inspiration from the building's architecture and the beachside community, we created a pallette of natural fir, charcoal tile, gray carpet and warm gray and taupe paint. The lobby features horizontal fir paneling with a custom leather gallery bench and framed photos of the West End from the era the building was built.
Common area hallways and stairwells were updated with new paint, carpet, fir millwork, energy efficient LED sconces and new suite numbers and door hardware.
