After a long history with the former Oak Bay Beach Hotel, our clients were first in line when the property was redeveloped as a luxury condo hotel. The top floor corner unit was purchased from plans and we joined the project to customize the suite.
To balance the clients’ love of contemporary design with the tudor-inspired architecture, we blended the traditional form with contemporary interiors and a west-coast pallette. The ceilings were vaulted (not part of the developer’s original plan) and custom beams added during the construction process. Custom millwork and a concrete fire surround were a departure from the developer’s specifications and are unique to this suite.
